Step 1: Connect to Network
Connect phone or laptop to Macard Wi-Fi network.

- Make sure your Macard router is connected to power and the power LED is solid ON.
- Locate the physical Reset pinhole button on the back or bottom panel of the unit.
- Use a straightened paperclip, SIM ejector tool, or pin to press and hold down the Reset button for 10 to 15 seconds.
- Release the button once the front panel LED indicator lights begin flashing or turn amber.
- Wait 2 to 3 minutes for the router to complete its reboot cycle.
