Step 1: Connect to Network

- Make sure your Netis router is connected to power and the power LED is solid ON.
- Locate the physical Reset pinhole button on the back or bottom panel of the unit.
- Use a straightened paperclip, SIM ejector tool, or pin to press and hold down the Reset button for 10 to 15 seconds.
- Release the button once the front panel LED indicator lights begin flashing or turn amber.
- Wait 2 to 3 minutes for the router to complete its reboot cycle.

Ensure your device is connected directly to your Netis router's Wi-Fi network or plugged into a numbered LAN port with an Ethernet cable. If you are connected to cellular data or an active VPN, disconnect them as they route DNS requests away from the local router gateway.
Default login password "guest@guest" is not accepted
