Soft Reset (Power Cycle)

Unplug the extender from its power outlet, wait 15 seconds, and plug it back in.

Factory Reset

Press and hold the recessed Reset button for 10 seconds while the unit is powered on. Release it and wait 2 minutes for the unit to restore factory defaults.

Warning: Before Resetting Your WCB6200Q

Warning: Resetting your Fios Network Extender will erase its WiFi sync and configuration. Always try a simple power cycle (unplug, wait 10–15 seconds, plug back in) before performing a factory reset. If you do reset it, make sure your router is online, coax/Ethernet paths are connected, and you’re ready to repeat the coax/Ethernet setup and WPS sync.
